Lovely 3 bedroom and 2 bath cabin on a level lot. Great room with rock fireplace, cable TV, VCR/DVD, game table, games, puzzles, and books. Large master bedroom with fireplace, TV, and king bed. Master bath has Jacuzzi tub and dual showers. Other bedrooms have queen beds, plus a queen sofa is in the great room. Equipped with washer, dryer, microwave, gas stove, phone, gas BBQ, central heating and air conditioning. Garage with opener, plus level driveway accommodates 4 cars. Easy four-minute walk to our Pinebrook Lake HOA recreation area for fishing, swimming, volleyball, basketball, softball, horseshoes.

Cleaning service is $125, or clean it yourself and leave it as clean as you found it
