There are two backpack type beach chairs, two beach web chairs, and a beach umbrella in the garage; directions for use are there. There is a beach blanket/throw, plus some play things also.
TVs are in the living room, upstairs bedroom, and downstairs bedroom/social room.
Remember to bring sheets (queen) and towels (even though we have a washer and dryer for you to use, it is easier upon leaving to just take your sheets and towels, and not need to wait for the washer and dryer to finish the laundry).
$200/night or $1200/week
Cleaning service is $140, or clean it yourself and leave it as clean as you found it.
